Lynx Win Big competition T&Cs
"entrant(s)") and the Promoter (defined below) in relation to the Promotion and shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
1. The Promoter: Unilever UK Limited, Lever House, 3 St James Road, Kingston Upon Thames, United Kingdom, KT1 2BA. The Promoter is responsible for administering the scan-to-win element of the Promotion, for conducting the instant wins and winner’s notification.
2. The Administrator: Umbrella Risk Management Limited, Dodwell House, Chilton Business Centre, Chilton Buckinghamshire, HP18 9LS. The Administrator is responsible for fulfilling the prizes.
3. Participating UK Retailers: any UK retailers stocking the promotional Lynx Win Big Sunset Fresh Gift Set (“the Qualifying Product”).
4. Eligibility:
a. This Promotion is open to UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 years or over who: (a) have a smartphone; (b) internet access (to receive any digital prizes); (c) a valid PayPal account (to receive the Cash Prize and spending money for the Top Prizes); and (d) a valid passport and are not restricted from entering the United States of America “USA”.
b. The following are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion, including without limitation, advertising agencies, PR, prize suppliers and legal advisors. In these Terms and Conditions, “immediate family” includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partner or spouse members of such employees or of anyone with whom such employees are domiciled.
c. The winners (and their guests) of the Prize Tickets (see details below) may not be a public official or Excluded Person. Excluded Person means:
i. any person banned by FIFA from membership of the fan club for any participating football club (or banned from any equivalent official supporters club by a football governing body);
ii. any person subject to an administrative or judicial football ban under the applicable laws of the United Kingdom;
iii. any person banned by FIFA, any football governing body or otherwise, from travelling to or attending an association football match;
iv. any person banned by FIFA, the Host Association and/or the relevant Stadium Owner from attending events at the Stadium;
v. any person who is deemed by the participating teams in the Match to be a person to whom Tickets should not be allocated (including but not limited to persons who have been issued with a stadium ban by the respective participating team);
vi. any person who is deemed by the relevant public authorities to be a person to whom Tickets should not be allocated for safety and security reasons; and
vii. any person who has breached or is in breach of the applicable Tickets Terms and Conditions.
5. Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 12:00 BST on 6th August 2025 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 28th February 2026. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.
6. Applicable to participating UK retailer stores only (in store and online). The Qualifying Product included in the Promotion is subject to availability at the participating Retailer store.
7. To enter:
a. Entrants will need to purchase 1 (one) Lynx Win Big Sunset Fresh Gift Set from any Participating UK Retailer stores and retain the product packaging, which contains a unique code required to complete the entry form;
b. Entry is via visiting the competition page on the Lynx website. Entrants must complete the entry form found at https://www.lynxformen.com/uk/winbig.html. Entrants can also access the entry form by scanning the QR code found inside of the pack purchased.
c. To complete the entry form, you must provide the unique code printed inside the Lynx Win Big Sunset Fresh Gift Set and the following information:
· First name;
· Last name;
· Mobile phone number;
· Email address; and
Answering the additional questions is optional.
d. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and entering the promotion, you consent to your data being shared with the Promoter and a third-party agency for prize fulfilment purposes only;
e. Submit your entry by clicking the ‘WIN BIG’ button to win one of the prizes or reward available (details below). This is an instant win promotion. All valid entrants that submit a unique code will win one of the prizes available. Valid entrants will find out instantly on screen what they have won.
8. Each entrant can enter the Promotion only once per unique code during the Promotional Period. If an entrant attempts to enter using multiple identities or submits entries with the same unique code more than once, they will be disqualified, and any prize won will be forfeited. Each person may only win one Top Prize (see clause 12. Prizes and Rewards) during the Promotional Period. There is no restriction on the number of other prizes that an individual can win. If an entrant has previously won a Top Prize, any subsequent Top Prize win will be forfeited and the winner will be reallocated an Xbox Prize (see clause 12. Prizes and Rewards).
9. No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties, consumer groups or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified.
10. Illegible, incorrect and/or incomplete Entries will not be accepted or eligible to win the prize(s). No responsibility can be accepted for Entries that are illegible, incorrect, incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.
11. We reserve the right to verify each winner and ask for proof of identity, age and address, and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right in our sole and reasonable discretion to disqualify any entrant who: (a) we have reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions; and/or (b) corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion; and/or (c) engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this Promotion. We also reserve our legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
12. Prizes and Rewards:
There is a range of prizes to be won, as set out below. Although all prizes are available to be won, there is no guarantee that they will all be won. The breakdown of prizes is as follows:
1. Up to 10 (ten) x trips to a FIFA World Cup 26™ (“FWC26™”) Match (the ‘Top Prizes’), to be won instantly. Each winner will win 1 trip to a FWC26™ Match, consisting of:
· 2 x general admission tickets to attend a FIFA World Cup 26™ Quarter Final match (the “Match Tickets”). Tickets will be allocated based on the order in which they are won. Specifically: Winners 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 will each receive a pair of tickets for the Quarter Final match on 10th July 2026 in Los Angeles. Winners 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 will each receive a pair of tickets for the Quarter Final match on 11th July 2026 in Miami. Ticket allocations are final and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or modified. Entrants will not have the option to select which match they receive tickets for.
· 2 x return economy flights to and from an airport in the United Kingdom to an appropriate airport in the USA (dates and times for flights out and flights back will vary depending on the tickets received, and will be at the Administrator’s discretion).
· 3-night accommodation in a 4* hotel of the Promoter’s choice (1 room, double occupancy and breakfast included) (check-in and check-out dates and times will vary depending on the tickets received).
· £1,000 (one thousand) spending money (to cover lunches and dinners, intra-city transport and transfers to and from arrival and departure airports) paid via PayPal (see clause 50a. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfilment) on or during travel to the USA.
2. Up to 150 (one hundred and fifty) Xbox Series X Consoles + £70 Xbox eVouchers (together the “Xbox Prize”), to be won instantly. Each winner will win 1 x Xbox Prize.
3. Up to 250 (two hundred and fifty) x £100 cash prizes (the “Cash Prize”) to be won instantly. Each winner will win 1 x £100 in cash paid via PayPal (see clause 50c. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfilment).
4. Up to 1,000 (one thousand) x Amazon eVoucher prizes worth £10 (the “Amazon eVoucher Prize”) to be won instantly. Each winner will win 1 x £10 Amazon eVoucher prize.
5. Up to 10,000 (ten thousand) x £5.95 Product eVouchers which are redeemable against any 150ml Lynx Fine Fragrance Bodyspray subject to availability at participating UK Retailer stores, currently expected to be those set out in clause 61 below (the “Participating Products”). The product eVoucher is eligible to redeem against all scents and variants of the 150ml Lynx Fine Fragrance Bodyspray.
Where an entrant isn’t allocated one of the above prizes a reward will be issued as follow:
6. Up to approximately 1,000,000 (one million) x £1 money off eVoucher rewards which are redeemable against the Participating Products available at participating UK Retailer stores, currently expected to be as set out in clause 62 below.
Top Prizes
13. Each winner and guest of a Top Prize must hold a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity remaining following the date of return travel to the UK), not be restricted from entering the USA and will need to obtain a visa (if required) to enter the USA.
14. The Promoter will not be liable to winners or guests for any costs, damages, injuries or losses incurred by the winners or their guests as a result of travelling to or attending the FIFA World Cup 26™.
15. If a visa is required for entry into the USA, the Promoter is not responsible for the visa application process, issuance and/or use, which is solely under the control of the government of the USA. The winner and guest are responsible for organising any such required visa and paying for any costs associated with the visa application. If winners (and their guests) are unable to obtain such a visa within 12 weeks of being notified of the prize, the prize and its value will be forfeited.

16. Travel dates are set by the Promoter. Flights schedules are subject to change without notice. The Promoter is not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay.
17. Winners (and their guests) are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate and sufficient travel and medical insurance for their period of travel and duration of their stay in the USA and will be responsible for costs associated with obtaining such insurance.
18. It is the Winners' responsibility to organise transport to/from their departure and arrival airport. All expenses, other than those expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions to be part of the Top Prize, are the responsibility of the winners and their guests, including but not limited to meals, transfers, insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, spending money beyond the £1,000 provided, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls and all other ancillary costs.
19. Winners will, at all times, remain responsible for their guest (who is the additional ticket holder). Guests may be under 18, but anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst at the stadium and its surrounding areas. The accompanying adult must be in possession of a valid ticket. Entrants acknowledge that a breach of these terms may result in their ticket being revoked, entry to the stadium being refused or being asked to leave the stadium, or prize may be forfeited.
20. It is the responsibility of the winner and their guests to ensure that they have complied with all necessary travel requirements, for example:
· Any changes to the booking (e.g., dates, guest names, etc.) may incur administration or cancellation fees, which would be the responsibility of the winner.
· All components of the prize must be claimed at the same time (i.e. should the winner and/or guest be unable to travel, they forfeit the whole of the Top Prize including spending money).
· all VISAs, necessary medical requirements (including immunisations) and documentation, for entry to USA
21. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part. There is no alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
22. The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. Match Tickets must be used only by the winners and named guests. Entrants must not re-sell, give away or otherwise re-distribute any Match Tickets they receive.
23. Prize elements, including match tickets, air travel provider, and hotel, will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. All travel is always subject to availability and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner. Departure airport will depend on the destination in the USA.
24. Winners and guests must be available to travel on the dates specified by the Promoter, or the Top Prize and its total value, including Spending Money, will be forfeited.
25. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Top Prizes. The winners and their guests must travel together, including travelling on the same flights and staying in the same accommodation. No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the winners and/or their guests miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. Any consequent costs will be the sole responsibility and expense of the winner and their guests. A credit card will be required from the winners at check-in to the hotel for all incidental charges.
26. The Promoter will not be responsible for replacement of any lost or stolen Match Tickets once they are in winner's possession or in the possession of the winner’s guest.
27. Winners will receive an invitation to the FIFA ticketing App. During the registration process, the winners will have to submit all data as required by FIFA and will also need to accept FIFA’s terms and conditions.
28. The Promoter will share the winners’ contact details with the Administrator who will fulfil all flights and hotel accommodation and will liaise directly with consumers from hello@winbigwithlynx.co.uk after they’ve claimed their prize. All tickets will be shared digitally. Winners will be required to provide their PayPal details during the prize fulfilment process to receive the spending money payment.
29. Tickets will be delivered to the winners (and their guests) by such method as is determined by FIFA or a third party on behalf of FIFA, at its sole discretion.
30. Winners acknowledge that the teams playing in a FIFA World Cup 26™ match are subject to change without notice by FIFA. No specific players or other individuals are guaranteed to play or otherwise participate in a given match, and a match may be cancelled, stopped prematurely, interrupted, rescheduled, relocated, or replayed in its entirety at FIFA’s discretion. The Promoter will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages to winners and guests as a result thereof, such as additional travel and accommodation expenses.
31. In the event that an element of any prize is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the winner will forfeit the specified element, and no cash alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of that prize.
32. The winners (and their guests) may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion and may be filmed / photographed / interviewed by the Promoter or on our behalf during the FIFA World Cup 26™. The winners grant us (and will procure that their guest grants us) a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute and make derivative works of such footage / photographs / testimonials in any media and through any media channel.
33. Entrants agree and confirm that, should they win tickets to a FIFA World Cup 26™ Match:
a. Their personal information and that of their guest including, but not limited to, their names, titles, date of birth, email addresses, country of residence, nationality, passport/identity documentation numbers and where you have a disability or limited mobility, and additional personal data relating to your accessibility requirements, will be processed by Unilever and Unilever’s third party agencies in order to provide the agreed tickets and arrange flights and accommodation to the winners and selected guests. The Promoter will process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoter’s privacy notice, a copy of which is available here: https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html (“Unilever Privacy Notice”).
b. Unilever may also share such personal data with FIFA who may use it to (i) process ticket requests; (ii) issue tickets; and (iii) carry out necessary health, security and/or background check; (iv) to comply with applicable law; and (v) and/or organise appropriate accessible seating for Accessibility Ticket, in accordance with FIFA’s Data Protection Regulations, FIFA’s Data Protection Policy (which is accessible at https://www.fifa.com/data-protection-portal/data-protection-policy), FIFA’s Data Protection Portal (available at www.FIFA.com/data-protection-portal) (together, the “FIFA Privacy Policies”).
c. They will obtain the permission of their guest for providing the same sets of personal data.
d. They will (and will procure that their guest will) comply with any instructions or guidelines communicated by Unilever, or by a third party on behalf of Unilever, and any request to enter into additional terms and conditions and provide such personal information as is required.

They will (and will procure that their guest will) comply with the FIFA Ticketing Terms and Conditions (https://digitalhub.fifa.com/m/c3856874964e176/original/FIFA-World-Cup-2026-Ticketing-Terms-of-Use.pdf), Stadium Rules (https://digitalhub.fifa.com/m/50ebae81c412b7d5/original/FIFA-World-Cup-2026-Stadium-Code-of-Conduct.pdf) and any FIFA and/or host association statutes and regulations applicable for the tournament or other terms made available by FIFA (together, the “FIFA Terms and Conditions”). This includes the prohibition of certain items in the stadium, any sanitary measures and policies in place, all applicable laws governing access or presence at the stadium and attendance at the FIFA World Cup 26™ Match. Entrants acknowledge that a breach of the FIFA Terms and Conditions may result in their ticket being revoked, entry to the stadium refused or being asked to leave the stadium.
f. They understand that the teams and players in respect of such FWC26™ game may be subject to change without notice, and FWC26™ matches may be cancelled, rescheduled or relocated, at FIFA’s discretion. Unilever will not be responsible for losses to winners/guests for travel and accommodation expenses in this event.
g. Where winners and/or their guests have notified the Promoter of a disability or limited mobility, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate any accessibility requirements necessary to enable the winner and their guest to attend the stadium, including any related hospitality, travel and accommodation requirements. While the Promoter strives to ensure accessibility for all, winners acknowledge that the Promoter cannot guarantee that third-party providers of tickets, hospitality, travel and accommodation will always meet specific accessibility requirements. These services are managed independently, and their policies and practices may vary. The Promoter will not be responsible for any failure to meet accessibility requirements by third-party providers.
34. Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (over the age of 18) and may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
35. Winners acknowledge that FIFA retains rights under the ticket terms and conditions and stadium code of conduct terms to revoke or cancel tickets and the Promoter may therefore be required to withdraw tickets awarded to winners and guests of winners at any time. In such circumstances the Promoter will not be liable to winners or guests of winners for any losses incurred as a result of such withdrawal.
eVoucher Prize Specifics
36. To Claim Your Digital eVoucher:
a. If you win this prize, you will receive an SMS/text message to the phone number you provided in the entry form, with a link to a digital eVoucher, within 24 hours of entering.
b. Once you have received the digital eVoucher link via text, you will have 14 calendar days from the time of receipt in which to use your eVoucher before it expires.
37. To Redeem Your Digital eVoucher:
£10 Amazon eVoucher Prize:
a. To use the eVoucher, click the link in the SMS/text message and select “activate”. Once the eVoucher is activated, you will have 30 minutes to redeem against a purchase or apply to your Amazon account, after which time the eVoucher becomes void. Winners are advised not to activate their eVoucher until they are about to make a purchase to avoid eVoucher expiry and disappointment. Please do not attempt to use this eVoucher once expired.
b. Any remaining balance must be paid by you.
c. This prize can be used to get £10 off an Amazon purchase.
£5.95 Product eVoucher Prize and £1 money off eVoucher Reward:
a. To use the eVoucher, click the link in the SMS/text message and once in store at the till point select “activate”. Once the eVoucher is activated, you will have 30 minutes to use it by scanning the unique eVoucher barcode (either at the self-checkout till or by showing to a staff member to scan at a manned till).
b. Once the 30 minutes have elapsed, your eVoucher will automatically expire, irrespective of the closing date of this Promotion. Only activate the eVoucher once you are at the tills and ready to pay to avoid eVoucher expiry and disappointment. Please do not attempt to use this digital eVoucher once expired.
c. Any remaining balance must be paid by you.
38. Only one original eVoucher (not a copy) can be used per transaction.
39. All of the Participating Products included in the promotion are subject to availability. If none of the Participating Products are available, the eVoucher cannot be used against any other products as an alternative. Please do not attempt to redeem the eVoucher against any other product.
40. Each eVoucher code is unique and can only be used once.
41. eVouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. eVouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, auctioned, sold, traded, transferred or assigned.
42. The eVoucher will be void if altered, photocopied or reproduced (in whole or part). Any such misuse may constitute a prosecutable offence.
43. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse payment for eVouchers if it has reason to believe that they have been accepted other than in accordance with these terms or in the event of abuse or fraud to these rules.
44. Retailers remain free at all times to set their own prices.
45. By signing up for an eVoucher you are consenting to receive an SMS/text message containing the digital eVoucher link to redeem your coupon.
All Prizes
46. Should you elect to provide a comment and/or feedback, you consent to the use of the comment on the Promoter’s brands without any compensation payable to you, into perpetuity and on a global scale. By providing product feedback you are giving permission for the Promoter to upload your review onto the brand website and retailer site. Feedback is anonymous and optional.
47. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances outside our control make this necessary.
48. The winners will be solely responsible for paying any taxes in connection with the prizes and all other expenses not specifically detailed as being included, regardless of whether the prize, in whole or in part, is used.
49. Winner Selection: Winners will be determined by a secure and automatic computer-generated algorithm that produces verifiably random results. The percentage chance of winning will not decrease across the promotional period. The number of prizes won will be (statistically) dependent upon participation rates. Wins will be allocated independently by the system using an algorithm. Although all prizes are available to be won, there is no guarantee that they will all be won.
50. Winner Notification & Prize Fulfilment: Entrants will be notified immediately on screen if they have won a prize or a reward instantly. Winners will receive an email to the email they entered with within 24 hours of their online win.
a. Top Prize: Winners will receive an on-screen provisional congratulatory message informing them their win is being validated and to expect an email from hello@winbigwithlynx.co.uk upon validation and to qualify as a confirmed winner. Confirmed winners will then receive a congratulatory email from hello@winbigwithlynx.co.uk to the email address provided at the time of entry. Winners will be informed to expect a telephone call within 7 days for prize acceptance, agree to VISA and FIFA requirements and for prize fulfilment. An entrant may win only one Top Prize. If an entrant has previously won a Top Prize, any subsequent Top Prize win will be disqualified the winner will be reallocated an Xbox Prize. The £1,000 spending money component of the prize will only be issued on the day of the travel to the USA.
If a winner has previously received a Top Prize, they will be notified via email from hello@winbigwithlynx.co.uk that they are ineligible to win a second Top Prize and have been reallocated an Xbox Prize. The email will request winners to reply to the email with confirmation of prize acceptance and a valid postal address within 7 days. Upon receipt of this information, winners will receive their Xbox Console within 28 days and their Xbox eVoucher within 24 hours.
b. Xbox Series X Consoles + £70 Xbox eVouchers Prize: Winners will receive an on-screen message immediately upon winning, including a unique win claim code and a prompt to submit their complete postal address. The win claim code must be entered on the postal address form to validate and complete the submission. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of entry, containing the win claim code and a link to submit their postal address (if it has not already been submitted on the win page) within 7 days. Additionally, within 24 hours of postal address submission, an SMS will be sent to the mobile number provided at the time of entry. This SMS will include a unique link to redeem the £70 Xbox eVoucher and confirm that the Xbox Series X Console will be delivered within 28 days of the SMS being received.
c. £100 ‘CASH’ Prize: Winners will receive an on-screen message immediately upon winning, including a unique win claim code and a prompt to submit their PayPal details. The win claim code must be entered on the PayPal submission form to validate and complete the submission. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of entry, containing the win claim code and a link to submit their PayPal details (if it has not already been submitted on the win page) within 7 days. If the winner does not have a PayPal account, the win page and email will include guidance on how to create one. Payment will be processed following successful submission within 7 days.
d. £10 Amazon eVoucher Prize: Winners will receive an SMS to the mobile number submitted upon entry. The SMS will contain a £10 Amazon eVoucher valid for 14 days from receipt of SMS.
e. £5.95 Product eVoucher Prize; and £1 Money off eVoucher Reward: Winners will receive an on-screen message immediately upon winning requesting for preferred retailer (See Clause 61 and 62). Upon submission, winners will receive an SMS to the mobile number submitted upon entry. The SMS will contain the eVoucher link to their chosen retailer valid for 14 days from receipt of SMS.
Winners of the Xbox Prize and the £100 Cash prize must claim their prize within 7 days of their win and receipt of win email otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.
51. Top Prize winners: Winners will be contacted via a telephone call on the number provided by the winners on the entry form. If, we are unable to contact a winner within seven (7) days of notification, or if a winner has not accepted the Prize (and provided all required information first including, but not limited to name; email address and passport details) within the notification period, the prize will be forfeited.
52. Mop-Up Draw for Unclaimed Top Prize:
a. In the event that any Top prizes remain unclaimed after the initial winner communication and 7-day acceptance window, a mop-up draw will be conducted.
b. The winners of the unclaimed Top Prize will be drawn on 9th March 2026 by an independent third party from all valid entries submitted during the promotional period, excluding entrants who have already won a Top prize (regardless of whether they claimed or forfeited the prize).
c. Mop-up winners will receive a congratulatory email from hello@winbigwithlynx.co.uk to the email address provided at the time of entry. Mop-up winners will be informed to expect a telephone call within 7 days for prize acceptance, agree to VISA and FIFA requirements and for prize fulfilment.
d. Mop-up winners will be contacted via a telephone call on the number provided on the entry form. If, we are unable to contact a mop-up winner within seven (7) days of notification, or if a mop-up winner has not accepted the Prize (and provided all required information first including, but not limited to name; email address and passport details) within the notification period, the prize will be forfeited.
53. If you are selected as a winner and Unilever receives a request from a consumer that a valid prize award took place, Unilever will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share your first and last name directly with them.
54. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. In addition, by entering the competition, the entrants consent to the Promotor sharing the winners’ details with a third-party agency for the purpose of facilitating this promotion. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
55. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment and in the event of an early cancellation or termination of this Promotion, the Promoter will select winner(s) from all valid and eligible Entries received prior to any such early cancellation or termination. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter.
56. These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
57. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of this Promotion. Those who try and circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
58. Subject to Clause 59 below, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to the winners or any third party, or accept any liability for:
a. any disappointment, loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entry to this Promotion; and/or
b. any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of acceptance and/or use of the prize.
59. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for:
a. death or personal injury caused by negligence; and/or
b. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and/or
c. any liability which may not be legally limited under applicable law.
60. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed or not received entries, winner notification(s) or prize(s). The Promoter will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter.
